A paradise within a paradise

Our family stayed in the villa for an amazing 14 nights. In my forty plus years of travelling the world I have never experienced such amazing, friendly and professional services from staff anywhere else in the world. The villa itself was beautiful so much so I avoided going on excursions just to stay at the villa. The staff are just beautiful. Discreet, attentive, polite. Nothing was a bother to them. They cooked, cleaned and ran errands for us, all with good grace. The villa is soo private but has everything you need but really the staff made the holiday even better. They are an asset to their employer. My grandchildren loved the pool and the staff even played with them to give us some time to ourselves. Was very sad to leave but we have left with wonderful memories. Would return in a heart beat.

A place dreams and amazing memories are made of

Amazing place.. Nothing was a bother.. we were treated like family.. we were cooked meals that you would get at a 5 star restaurant in the comfort of our villa watching our children have the time of their lives in the pool.. we had memories round the table some nights also with the staff sharing stories of their lives and ours.. they laughed with us.. danced with us..(when we made them) Between us all.. we have travelled a lot in our years and have been to many destinations.. Bali even being one of them..but never experienced a holiday like this one ☝️ Thank you thank you thank you. you have made a very sentimental and special holiday even more memoriable x We will be back x

Amazing place in perfect location, private, beautiful - everything you could want

Today we are leaving Sayang d'Amour, and our whole group is devastated! So sad to be leaving this beautiful place. Everything here has been perfect, from the beautiful pool between the private villas to the amazingly appointed French-Moroccan decorated rooms and shared areas. Nothing has been too much trouble for the wonderful house staff here - first class food, extra things for the 5 children (from 5 months to 5 years old) to eat and do. Non stop offers of refreshments, and service in general. The entertainment system had all the mod-cons as if we were at home, as well as solid broadband over 5Mbps etc. which was helpful as a couple of our group had some work matters. Being the wet season, it did rain a few times, but there was heaps of open area undercover to sit back and enjoy the rain and continue having fun with the kids. We will be back - guaranteed! We were even delayed by Jetstar maintenance issues, and the team could not have been more helpful in reorganising our plans. We also had a temporary pool fence put in as a safety thing - easy to do - and no problem to arrange if you have little ones.

Perfect luxury accommodation for large group or family....amazing!

This stunning villa is conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and of course the beach. The villa itself is magnificent and spacious and our holiday photos will be spectacular! The staff are outstanding - they could not be more friendly and helpful and they made our stay memorable. Special mention for Sofian the chef - world-class food and plenty of it. Also special thanks to Iwan who organised everything for us - this was a fabulous holiday we will never forget. Thank you!

Stunning!

We are a family of ten - parents plus five grown up children and three partners. The Villa was expansive and ensured we all had sufficient (and luxurious) privacy while still being able to socialise in comfort around the pool or the dinner table. The chef and staff are world class! Nothing was too much trouble. A family who loves food as we do can be a challenge to please but chef Sofian aimed to please. We even arranged for him to conduct a cooking class for us at the villa - probably one of the best meals we have ever had in Bali. The staff were friendly, kind and attentive. The amenities and facilities were outstanding. Large comfortable beds, air conditioned rooms, outdoor showers, free standing baths - fabulous. Highly recommend a stay here - we walked to many restaurants and shops and a great spa at the end of the street that we all visited every day! Thank you Villa Sayang d'Amour - we hope to see you again soon.

Excellent stay at Sayang d'Amour

We were a group of 8 adults and had a wonderful time at this beautiful paradise home! The service was impeccable. Ivan was always helpful and Haniff made wonderful food better than any hotel restaurant. Sri, Lina, Andy and Johnny were always smiling and helpful. The place is absolutely stunning, the decor is beautiful, the pool is cool and refreshing and the surroundings gorgeous! It is very close to W Hotel and main street restaurants. I stringly recommend it for a perfect stay in Bali.

Simply amazing!

Let me start by saying that this gorgeous and spacious villa is one of my favorite places to stay in Bali! You can imagine that feeling at home away from home is a big contributor to an excellent stay. The rooms are very spacious which gives you a very calm and relaxed feeling. The facilities on site have all that you can wish for. The staff are truly friendly and very helpful which adds to great experience. This Villa serves the best of both worlds, on one hand you have complete privacy when you wish so. On the other hand if you wish some adventure, the Villa is located in the heart of Seminyak. It is just a walking distance from all the trendy beach clubs, restaurants, hotels. As a cherry on the cake there is a shopping area near by as well. All in all this place is simply stunning! We enjoyed our stay very much! Looking forward to another return!

A piece of heaven in Seminyak

We stayed as a group of 14 (6A, 8C) for 10 nights in September. The villa is absolutely huge and much larger than expected. The photos are great but it is even better in real life. The bedrooms are all amazing and there is no one room better than the other - anyone would be happy with any room. Our main bathroom was larger than our master bedroom and bathroom at home combined! The grounds are very well maintained and there were staff cleaning the pool and gardening every day. The housekeeping staff maintain the rooms every day and make everything beautiful, setting the table for meals, bringing coffee on silver trays by the pool etc. The staff were more than happy to do anything we requested, bring drinks, go to the shops to get more supplies (we would give them cash and they would bring back a receipt) and make any food we asked for. We would just pay cash for the food purchased and every few days the manager would present us with receipts and a running balance and we would tip in more cash. They were more than happy to prepare drinks with the alcohol we purchased. The chef was very good and presented us with an array of food, was happy to suggest things or take our requests. The only negatives were the lack of pool toys (as advertised on the website) and board games for the children. When asked they said the website needed updating and they were very old pictures. There was however unlimited wifi and a Mac for the kids to use anytime, plus an Xbox but we would have preferred to bring more things for them to do (less technology) had we known. We ended up purchasing pool toys at the markets and left them at the villa on our departure so hopefully someone else will benefit! We were also surprised breakfast wasn't included in the high nightly rate though it was plentiful and varied. We had a big storm with heavy rain one night and the roof leaked onto our sleeping children's bed. We ended up moving a mattress to the floor for them for the night….the next day the staff weren't overly concerned, just said the roof would be fixed. Overall, I would recommended this to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. Due to the service charge law being introduced in the last few yeas (15% added to everything) we didn't tip anyone but that wasn't to say they did a poor job. Everyone was lovely and very accommodating.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Description

An oasis of luxury and glamour

Villa Sayang d'Amour is set in lush tropical gardens in the heart of cosmopolitan Seminyak. This six bedroom luxury villa encompasses a 20-metre swimming pool, with deck side setting that is perfect for elegant moonlit dinners or fabulously chic rooftop parties. The European styling of the villa does absolute justice to the magnificent Balinese setting. The villa has a perfect sense of scale, large enough to be majestic yet offering intimate and comfortable spaces for privacy, relaxation and socializing. The villa features large, bright and airy lounge, kitchen and dining areas. Apart from a dining table seating ten, there is even a custom-made dining table for the kids. The French doors which run the length of the dining and lounge area can be opened onto the pool and garden to give a wonderful sense of indoor/outdoor living, or closed to provide absolute air-conditioned comfort.

Villa Sayang d'Amour comprises two individual pavilions, nestled within the garden on the far side of the pool. These house the luxuriously appointed master bedrooms overlooking spectacular views over the garden and pool and back towards the main residence. One of the master bedrooms has its own on the far side of the swimming pool. The ensuite features a magnificent claw footed bath and shuttered windows to let in the gentle Balinese breezes. The second master bedroom also located in a stand-alone pavilion within the gardens, features a king-size bed with a romantic canopy as well as a writing desk, sofa and a television with DVD player. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a freestanding bathtub, double sinks and both an indoor and a secluded outdoor rain shower within a tropical garden.

The two downstairs guest bedrooms of Villa Sayang d’Amour are located on either side of the main living area and feature exquisite French-style king-size beds. Each of the bedrooms has a writing desk and a superbly comfortable sofa providing the ideal place to relax, read a book or watch television or a DVD. The spacious ensuites feature a freestanding bathtub, double sinks, special make up lighting on the mirrors and private outdoor showers surrounded by tropical gardens. Staircases on either side of the living areas lead to the upper floor guest bedrooms each of which is furnished with a pair of double beds. These rooms have sofas, television and DVD player making them absolute private havens. Ensuites are fitted with a freestanding bathtub, double sinks and special make-up lighting on the mirrors. The villa also has a tropical rooftop garden area which is an ideal place to catch those balmy Bali breezes.
